Welcome to ModusPractica Pro v1.1.9

Practice smarter, not longer.

An intelligent practice planner built on peer-reviewed motor learning science. Schedule what to practise and when, track your progress over time, and keep your scores and resources one click away — designed with pianists in mind, but equally powerful for any discipline that requires repeated, structured motor skill development.

What makes it different
🧠 FSRS-inspired spaced repetition — schedules each section when your memory is likely to need it — not too soon, not too late
🎵 Automatic BPM progression — tempo advances proportionally as your motor memory consolidates
🛡️ FrustrationGuard — stops sessions when repeated failures suggest frustrated practice is no longer productive
📅 Schedule month view — calendar overview of practice days and upcoming due sections
🔗 Links on pieces — attach sheet music, videos, or files; open them from your repertoire in one click
📊 Statistics & streaks — practice time, progress charts, and optional Groq AI analysis of your history
🎸🩰🥋🎭🗣️⚽ Works for piano, guitar, violin, dance, martial arts, acting, sports — any skill built through repetition.
🔒 All data stays on your device. No account, no cloud, no ads.

What's new in version 1.2.7

Calendar fix — July 2026

🐛 Calendar missed count — past days no longer show false misses from archived, deleted, or stats-only sections; month view matches list view and day detail
🐛 Incomplete sessions — empty counters no longer schedule the next practice as 100% success; streak resets now count for spacing like failed attempts
💡 How to Practice page — new navigation link with a dedicated page for evidence-based piano practice tips; every article cites its sources at the bottom
Two separate timers — left: Session Timer registers practice time; right: optional Countdown counts down and signals at zero (does not log time)
